Mercy Ships Canada invited Next Challenge to partner with our national team to strengthen how we collaborate, communicate, and deliver on our mandate together. Our staff work across Canada in a remote and hybrid model and represent a wide range of cultural backgrounds and lived experiences. For many, this was their first experience with structured team coaching.
