Instead, it’s a structured approach to help you identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and achieve specific leadership goals through powerful questioning, direct feedback and accountability.
The Expand coaching package is designed for established leaders who, despite their track record of success, now feel stalled and/or operating at below their full capabilities. They want to:
- Expand their impact and influence beyond their traditional scope, without necessarily changing jobs
- Raise their visibility as highly strategic, high-value talent
- Demonstrate how their skills and abilities align directly with what the business needs most

Expand is NOT for leaders who:
- Want career transition consultation
- Do not accept accountability for “how” they operate
- Are unwilling to “pop the hood” and examine their patterns of thought and behaviour more closely
Unlike prescribed formulas or generic leadership checklists that offer band-aid fixes, my approach focuses on sustainable transformation of thought patterns and behaviour. Together, we will dive deep to explore root causes of the challenges you’re experiencing and create lasting change that is aligned with you as an individual and with systems in which you lead. Each engagement is highly personalized to your specific situation and goals.
